-To increase your stamina and help burn some body fat, do cardiovascular exercises. Examples of these exercises are running, hiking, biking, and swimming. Cardio is really just anything that gets your heart rate up for a period of time.
-Drink more water and eat good nutritious foods. By eating good healthy meals you help make your weight training sessions and cardio sessions more beneficial by giving your body the nutrients it needs to work hard and build muscle. The water and food also helps speed up your metabolism.
-Cut out sugary drinks and junk food, or at least cut way back on the amount you eat per week. Soda pop is one of the things that many people consume in large amounts every day. It's just sugar water. I can't really think of a better way to get lots of sugar into your blood stream fast, which then slows your metablolism, makes you tired, and makes you gain wait. There are no nutrients in soda pop, just calories.
By applying weight training, cardio and healthy eating you will be on your way to good physical health and condition.
